Exchange & Return Policy - MimiLo

We want you and your little one to be 100% happy with your purchase.

1. Easy Exchange (7 Days):
If the size doesn't fit, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery. The product should be unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

2. What cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used, washed or soiled products.

3. How to Exchange?
Just send us a message on Instagram @mimilo.teddy or Email us. Share your Order ID and the size you need. We will arrange a reverse pickup.

4. Refund:
Once we receive the product and check the quality, exchange will be processed within 2-3 days. Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to original payment method within 5-7 days.

We are a small mom-run brand, so we will try our best to help you.
